Glenn Hurt His Shoulder

A 32 year old male presents to the ED after falling directly on his right shoulder while snowboarding.  There is a bruise on the lateral aspect of the shoulder and he has pain with abduction and internal/external rotation. Your initial X-rays are shown below:
