What are the major structures in this longitudinal dorsal wrist ultrasound and where is the pathology?

You can see the hypoechoic edema surrounding the tendon. The finger is also obviously held in flexion on the ultrasound image. It may be helpful to compare ultrasound images to other fingers. 

Bonus: The pathology image for this case uses a water bath technique to better visualize the structures compared to the normal image from the beginning of the month. This further highlights the benefit of the water bath technique for small musculoskeletal structures.
